टिप्पणियाँ:

l          परीक्षा की तिथियों के अनुसार विद्यार्थियों को टंकण तथा आशुलिपि की परीक्षा के लिए अपने टाइपराइटर स्वयं लाने होंगे। टंकण/आशुलिपि परीक्षा रा.मु.वि.शि.सं. द्वारा केन्द्र अधीक्षकों को जारी दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार आयोजित की जायेगी।

The candidates are required to bring their own typewriters for Typewriting and Stenography Examinations as per date-sheet. Typewriting Stenography Examinations will be conducted in accordance with the Guidelines issued to the Centre Superintendents by the NIOS.

l          विज्ञान/विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान, जीव विज्ञान, भूगोल, सचिवीय पद्धति, गृह विज्ञान, डाटा एन्ट्री कार्य, वर्ड प्रासेसिंग (अंग्रेजी), जन संचार, कम्प्यूटर साईंस, पर्यावरणीय विज्ञान और चित्रकला की प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षाएँ होगी। विद्यार्थियों के प्रत्यायित संस्थाओं (ए. आई.) पर आयोजित होंगी जहाँ पर उन्होंने प्रवेश लिया है। जो प्रत्यायित संस्थान रद्द हो चुके हैं अथवा काम नहीं कर रहे हैं उनके विद्यार्थी संबंधित क्षेत्रीय केन्द्रों द्वारा सूचित किया जाएगा।

Practical Examinations in Science/Science & Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Secretarial Practice, Home Science, Data Entry Operations, Word Processing (English), Mass Communication, Computer Science, Environmental Science and Painting will be held at their  respective AIs where candidates enrolled during his/her admission unless otherwise (cancelled/non functional A.Is) notified by the concerned Regional Centre.

l   उपर्युक्त तिथियों के अनुसार प्रायोगिक परीक्षाएँ आयोजित की जाएँगी। चूँकि प्रायोगिक परीक्षाएँ एक छोटे समूह बनाकर आयोजित की जाती हैं इसलिए विद्यार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि वे प्रायोगिक परीक्षा की तिथियाँ तथा अपने आबंटित समूह के बारे में जानने के लिए केन्द्र अधीक्षक प्रत्यायित संस्थानों के समन्वयकता से संपर्क करें।

Practical Examination will be conducted as per the above schedule. Since practical examination are being conducted in small batches of students / candidate are advised to contact the Centre Superintendent/Coordinator of AIs  for the  practical examination  specified dates as well as batch allotted to them.

l          प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षाओं के लिए केन्द्र अधीक्षक संबंधित परीक्षकों से विचार-विमर्श करके प्रयोगशाला की क्षमता के अनुसार समूहों में बाँट सकते हैं। For Practical Examinations the candidates at AIs  will be divided in required number of batches according to the capacity of the laboratory and  consultation with the Examiner(s) concerned by the Superintendent/Coordinator of the Centre/AIs.

l    परीक्षा का परिणाम संभवतः अंतिम परीक्षा के दिन से 6 सप्ताह के भीतर घोषित किया जाएगा। परीक्षा की घोषणा की वास्तविक तिथि के बारे में किसी पूछताछ का उत्तर नहीं दिया जाएगा। परिणामों की घोषणा के बाद तुरंत ही परिणाम की एक प्रति परीक्षा केन्द्रों और प्रत्यायित संस्थाओं को भेज दी जाएगी तथा इंटरनेट www.nios.ac.in  पर भी उपलब्ध होगा। The result of examination is likely to be declared in 6 weeks after the last date of the examination No enquiries about the actual date of declaration of result will be attended to.  A copy of the relevant portion of the result will be communicated to the Accredited Institutions immediately after declaration of results and will be available on the Internet also on NIOS website www.nios.ac.in.

l    उत्तीर्ण होनेवाले विद्यार्थियों को अंक तालिका, अस्थायी प्रमाणपत्र तथा प्रवजन-सह-स्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र उनके घर के  पते पर क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय द्वारा भेजे जाएँगें जो विद्यार्थी सभी विषयों में उत्तीर्ण नहीं हुए हैं वे मात्र अंकतालिका ही प्राप्त करेंगे।

The Mark-Sheet, Provisional Certificate and Migration-cum-Transfer Certificate will be issued to the successful candidates through Speed Post by the Regional Centre. In the case of candidates whose required subjects are yet to be cleared will receive the mark-sheet only.

l          परीक्षा की तिथियों में परिवर्तन नहीं किया जाएगा।  There will not be any change in the dates of the examination.

l   प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षाएँ विद्यार्थियों के प्रत्यायित संस्थानों (ए. आई.) पर आयोजित होंगी।  The Practical examination will be conducted at their respective Accredited Institute (AIs) of NIOS.

l           सिद्धांत तथा प्रयोग परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करने पर विद्यार्थी परीक्षा में बैठने के योग्य हो जाता है बशर्ते वह अन्य तरीके से भी योग्य हो। उसे परीक्षा केन्द्र पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क देने की जरूरत नहीं है।

The Examination fees paid by the candidates entitle them to appear in practical and theory examination, if otherwise eligible, without having to pay anything extra at the examination centre.
